Great book! I love everything from this author
If you are a romantic and enjoy reading love stories, then this one is for you. It's not a predictable, sappy type of book, but a realistic real life experience type. I really enjoyed it and look forward to the next series.
From the cute title and clever chapter headings to the fun dialogue and sweet ending, I loved this second book in Tamra Baumann's "Rocky Mountain Matchmaker" series! Jo and Chad were another couple worth rooting for -- both starting out with flaws, regrets and mistakes and both overcoming them as the story progressed. A lot of the story is about following dreams, and I loved watching Jo and Chad both work through that with each other, complete with the witty banter Baumann does so well! The secondary characters were fun also, especially little Ryan. Shelby from the previous book made an appearance here in a heartwarming side storyline about friendship, and we even got to catch a glimpse of other characters who might be coming next. I already can't wait for the next book in this series!
Football season is starting and what better way to celebrate than with a football romance. Yes, the hero is a very good player, but his skills have cost him more than he was prepared to pay. Now Chad is at a crossroads in his life. An injury to his knee requires the help of his ex-fiancee and physical therapist Jo. But will she help him when their relationship broke up because he chose football over family? Can she forgive him? Can he learn from the past? A light-hearted romance that deals with some difficult questions.
Excellent, as were all three books in this series.
I am really enjoying your books Tammy! Light reading. Perfect for escaping from real world while on vacation. I will read all of this series before heading back home to Albuquerque!!
Fiery Jo and flirty Chad made this a story I smiled at often.
